Start with one small thing. Next you’ll pick a cue, a tiny version and a celebration — about 30 seconds. Small and honest beats ambitious and abandoned.

Appearance
Tap a theme to switch instantly
GeneralStart screen, time zone
Your day, streaks, greeting and calendar follow this. It's saved once and stays put — a VPN or travelling won't change it. Only you can change it here.
Show daily welcome greeting
The "Good morning" popup once per day
Voice & GreetingHow BLOC speaks to you
Auto-play greeting voice
Off = greeting stays silent until you tap
Only affects pronunciation when spoken aloud — the name shown on screen stays as typed above.
Wojak voice-overOptional. Off by default
Let Wojak read replies aloud
Adds a Listen button under each reply. Off = Wojak stays silent.
Wojak local AIOptional. Runs on your computer
Use a local model (Ollama)
Private and free to use. Off = Wojak uses your Gemini key as before.
AI & PersonalizationYour profile, Gemini keys, A–E wording
Included in every Gemini prompt so replies are shaped around how you actually work, not a generic user. Stored only in this browser, never sent anywhere except alongside your own questions. Optional — leave it blank and the AI uses a neutral, general style. Edit or clear it any time.
Add a primary key and an optional backup (for example a family member's, with their OK). If one is rejected, out of quota or busy, BLOC switches to the other on its own.
Same method, with examples written for your work by the AI you already use — nothing to type, no key needed.
Buttons & BehaviorFloating buttons, sounds, working hours
Wojak button (◆)
The chat bubble in the corner. Off hides it everywhere, including “Ask Agent” on Weekly. Turn it back on here any time.
“I’m studying” button
Off by default. Turn it on if you like starting a timer in one tap, with no task or length to pick first. Off still leaves Focus Block in the tab bar; a running timer is reachable from there.
Celebration animations
Wax seal / medal / treasure gem on task milestones
Timer sound effects
Chimes on focus block / break transitions
Timer voice announcements
Spoken "Rest time" / "Back to work" so a phase change is hard to miss, even off-screen
Used for the overcommitted-day warning on the Tasks view
Planning & TrackingWeekly plan, habits, goals
Weekly planning
The PLAN tab (outcomes + time budget) next to Weekly Review
Habits
Adds the Habits tab — triggers, tiny versions, streak shields that forgive a gap
Goals
Longer-range goals with task-linked progress, inside the Weekly Plan tab
Streak counter
Show or hide the day streak at the top of the screen
Library & WisdomQuotes, knowledge bites, reading style
A leather-and-brass theme inspired by Brian Tracy's "Master Your Time, Master Your Life."
Brian Tracy quotes
A short quote on Tasks, Calendar & Weekly Review — timing auto-adjusts to each line's reading length
Knowledge bites
Mini lessons from the book — optional, off by default
These two toggles only control the small inline strip above Tasks/Calendar/Weekly. The full Library — problem-based reads, the quote wall, and the Librarian — is always available from the nav bar regardless.
Real book covers
Looks up each cover online (Open Library). Off = clean designed covers, nothing is sent.
Focus ModeWhat stays visible while it is on
The FOCUS button in the header strips every tab down to just what you need to act on. These control what's still allowed to show while it's on — they apply the instant you tap them, like everything else in this panel.
Show Wojak
Keep the ◆ agent button on screen while Focus Mode is on (off by default)
Habits shortcut
A small header button for a quick habit check-in. It only appears when the Habits tab is switched off below, so you never see two.
Unchecked tabs disappear from the header while Focus Mode is on. The gear icon (Settings) always stays put, so you can never get stuck.
Reset & settings fileSettings only. Full backup is in Profile
These buttons cover your settings only, not your tasks, notes or calendar. For a full backup, open .
Clear all tasks
Deletes every task in every section. You will be asked to type DELETE first.

LIBRARY
Not a book summary — practical help for the problem you're in right now.
ADD A BOOK
How this works
  1. Copy the prompt below.
  2. Paste it into any AI chat you already use (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude…), then attach or paste in the book — a PDF works best — in that same chat.
  3. Copy the JSON it gives back and paste it into the box below.
Paste the AI's JSON here
Stored only in this browser, like everything else in BLOC — nothing here is uploaded anywhere. Written entirely in your AI's own words rather than copied from the book, so there's nothing to worry about reproducing.

Tap a point on the graph above to see a plain-language breakdown of that day.
DAILY ACTIVITY — TASKS + FOCUS (matches the range picker above, not the week shown up top)

BLOC Insight Report
Optional. A written read of your trend, patterns, and suggested next steps — built from your own data on this device, generated only when you ask.

How to make these stick
Pin a trigger. “After I pour coffee, I stretch” beats “I should stretch.”
Shrink it. Name a tiny version. On a bad day, the tiny one counts and keeps the chain.
Never miss twice. One gap is noise. Two in a row starts a new pattern.
Plan the obstacle. “If I’m wiped out, then I do the tiny version.” Decide it now, not at 9 pm.

PERSONALIZE THE WORDING
Same A–E method, explained in your own field's language. Your AI already knows you and rewrites the examples; BLOC never changes how it works.
1 · Copy the prompt, paste it into your AI
Use the AI chat you normally talk to — it already knows your work, so there's nothing to fill in.
2 · Paste the AI's answer here
The AI only sends back plain text, never code, and it is checked before use. Stored only in this browser. Works with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude — any chat.
CHOOSE YOUR TIME ZONE
BLOC plans your day, streaks and calendar around this. Pick the place where you live — it's saved once and stays put, so a VPN or a trip won't move your day.
YOUR TIME ZONE
We guessed this from your device. If the time above looks right, just continue. You can change it any time in Settings.
